IT Buongiorno Zagulini! Oggi vi presento qualcuno… (Avon intervista ad una presentatrice)
MI CHIAMO NICOLE HO 24 ANNI  e vivo a Tivoli con la mia famiglia: mia madre, mio padre e mio fratello più piccolo. Sono una studentessa Universitaria della Sapienza di Roma, sono una  ragazza semplice ma ambiziosa, mi piace crearmi i miei spazi e vivere intensamente le esperienze che la vita mi offre.Sono fidanzata da 7 anni e anche il mio ragazzo mi sostiene nelle scelte che faccio. 
Faccio parte della grande “ZONA 640 di Avon” che mi ha accolto con calore e affetto! La nostra responsabile di zona  Mariagiovanna Grasso ha subito creduto in me e nelle mie capacita’.
Come mai hai scelto di fare la  presentatrice Avon?
Nella vita sono stata abituata a non dare nulla per scontato e non POTENDO avere un lavoro a tempo pieno per via dello studio, ho trovato in Avon un’attività che posso gestire da sola.
Ho chiamato il numero Avon e in poco tempo una responsabile mi ha contattata e… voila’ sono una presentatrice Avon!
Da quanto tempo lo fai?
Oramai sono quattro anni che appartengo a questa famiglia!
Quanto tempo ti occupa la gestione delle clienti?
Lo decido io! Le mie clienti sanno che con me aspettano 1/2 giorni per avere i prodotti scelti.
Quali strumenti adoperi?
Ho creato un gruppo su Facebook chiamato “Only Avon” dove pubblico i links dei prodotti del catalogo, tutti i consigli per creare un make-up perfetto, articoli di giornali che parlano di Avon anche se il mio alleato più grande rimane sempre il telefono.
Dal tuo esordio hai aumentato le vendite?
Si’, la mia carriera e’ in ascesa incrementando il fatturato dell’azienda e le mie entrate economiche. Vorrei diventare una “Sales leader” per creare un mio gruppo di presentatrici Avon.
Quanto importante è stato il supporto di Avon nella tua crescita?
E’ stato molto importante! Avere persone che credono in te e’ fondamentale.
Hai un segreto da svelare per svolgere al meglio questa attività?
Credere sempre in noi stesse. Le soddisfazioni arrivano! L’importante e’ tenere sempre con se’ un catalogo da mostrare alle persone che posso diventare clienti!
Come bisogna agire?
E’ necessario essere disponibili, chiare nello spiegare ogni prodotto e capire cosa realmente un cliente ha bisogno!
La tua soddisfazione più grande?
Essere chiamata da una cliente soddisfatta dopo aver provato un prodotto che ho consigliato! E l’essere diventata indipendente economicamente.
A quale valore in cui Avon crede, ti senti più vicina?
Alla SOLIDARIETA’ NELLA LOTTA CONTRO IL TUMORE AL SENO e alla campagna contro la violenza sulle donne.

Certo! Siamo diventate amiche dandoci consigli per migliorare sempre di più.

My name is Nicole, I’m 24 years old and I live with my family: mummy, daddy and my little brother. I’m a student of the University “La Sapienza” of Rome. I’m a simple girl but ambitious as well; I love to create my own rooms and live intensely what life offers to me. I’m engaged for 7 years and my boyfriend as well supports me in my decisions.
I’m part of the big “640 Zone” which accepted me lovely! Our zone leader. Mariagiovanna Grasso trusted in me and in my abilities immediately!How you choose to be an Avon seller?
In my life I got used to take nothing for granted and I couldn’t have a full time job due to my studies, I found in Avon an activity I can manage by myself.
I called Avon number and in a little time a leader called me… and voila’ I’m an Avon seller!
How long are you doing this?
It’s already 4 years that I’m part of this family!
How long clients management involves you?
I decide it! My clients know perfectly, with me, they have to wait for 1/2 days at least for receiving what they ordered. 
Which tools do you use?
I create on Facebook a group called “Only Avon” where I publish all products are in the brochure, all advices for create a perfect make-up, articles from different magazines that talked about Avon even if my best helper is my mobile!
From the beginning, did you increase your sales?
Yes, my career is growing! Increasing the company’s capital and mine as well.
I wish to become a “Seller leader” for creating my own Avon sellers group.
How important was Avon support for growing in this job?
It was really important! Having people who trusted in you is essential.
Do you have a secret to revel for doing the best in this activity?
Trust always in ourselves. Satisfactions will come soon! An important thing? Having always with you the Avon brochure to show it in any time to people that can be our future client!
How you do it?
It’s important to be friendly, clear while you introduce a product for understanding better what exactly a client needs.
What your biggest satisfaction?
Receiving a satisfied client phone call after having tried a product that I chose  for her! And becoming economically independent.
In which Avon value are you closer?
To the fight against breast cancer and to the campaign against women violence.
Do you know other students who are Avon seller as you?
‘Course! We became friends sharing advices to improve each others more and more!
