Qualche giorno fa sono stata invitata al primo evento di Cartier aperto anche alle blogger, per la presentazione in anteprima mondiale del cortometraggio “l’Odyssèe de Cartier” che celebra i 165 anni di storia della celebre casa francese. Questo cortometraggio consiste in un viaggio intorno al mondo tra Russia, Cina, Francia e India, luoghi che hanno ispirato Cartier in tutti questi anni.!!! Sono rimasta a bocca aperta vedendo questa anteprima della durata di poco più di 3 minuti mi ha fatto letteralmente sognare, facendomi fare un viaggio nel mondo Cartier.

Il cortometraggio ha inizio in Rue de la Paix dove è presente la storica boutique di Cartier aperta nel 1899 da Alfred Cartier (1841-1925). La realizzazione del cortometraggio, girato da Bruno Aveillan,ha richiesto due anni di lavoro e un team di cinquanta professionisti. La colonna sonora, con un tema in tre tempi, suonata in chiave maggiore al pianoforte e al violoncello è stata creata da Pierre Adenot, arrangiatore e orchestratore che ha lavorato su numerosi film.


The short film begins in the Rue de la Paix, where there is the historic Cartier boutiqueopened in 1899 by Alfred Cartier (1841-1925). The realization of the short film, shot byBruno Aveillan, required two years of work and a team of fifty professionals. The soundtrack, with a theme in three times, played in the major key to the piano and the cellowas created by Pierre Adenot, orchestrator and arranger who has worked on numerous films.

Tutto comincia nella vetrina della boutique in Rue de la Paix una spilla a forma di pantera realizzata con la tecnica“montatura invisibile” e ricoperta di diamanti prende vita e comincia il suo viaggio. La pantera, sin dagli Anni 30, è l’emblema di Cartier grazie a Jeanne Toussaint: figura stravagante, spirito libero dell’alta società parigina, nonché direttore creativo di Cartier. Il suo occhio esperto, il suo fascino sofisticato e la sua indiscussa eleganza sono il marchio di fabbrica dello stile Cartier.
