(Direct Line experience)Buona domenica amici…dato che vi starete rilassando da qualche parte…vi parlo come combattere lo stress quando si è in macchina o in motorino, insomma quando si è imbottigliati nel traffico!!!
Qualche giorno fa sono stata invitata nella bellissima terrazza Downtown a Milano, dove insieme ad altre amiche bloggers siamo state coccolate con massaggi e lezioni di bon-ton.
Starete pensando ma cosa centrano i massaggi con Direct Line!?!? Tramite una serie di attività, i tecnici di Direct Line ci hanno spiegato come ridurre lo stress, quindi i massaggi servivano a sciogliere le tensioni poi ci siamo sdraiati sui lettini per avere un rilassamento totale e capire come respirare di pancia, per poi finire il tutto con una lezione di bon-ton insieme a Giorgia Fantin. Devo dire che è stato un evento molto particolare che mi è servito tantissimo, dato che io in macchina ci vivo!!!

A few days ago I was invited in the beautiful terrace Downtown in Milan, where together with other blogger friends we were pampered with massages and lessons bon-ton.
You’re thinking, but what centrano massages with Direct Line!?!? Through a series of activities, the engineers at Direct Line we have explained how to reduce stress, then the massages were used to ease tension and then we lay on the sun loungers for total relaxation and figure out how to belly breathe, and then finish it all with a lesson in good manners along with Giorgia Fantin. I must say it was a very special event that helped me a lot, since I’ve lived in the car!
