TAORMINA YELLOW NIGHT

 

Ciao a tutti eccomi qui a mostrarvi le bellezze di Taormina in una serata invernale.

Taormina si trova esattamente a circa 200 metri sul livello del mare ed ha una conformazione particolare cha la fa somigliare, nella sua struttura, ad una vera terrazza arricchita da una bella vista panoramica nella quale spicca in maniera prepotente il vicino vulcano Etna. Qui il turismo è attivo tutto l'anno ed è agevolato non solo dalla bellezza culturale e naturalistica tipica della città ma anche da un buon sistema ricettivo e ricreativo e dal tipico calore umano siciliano.
Nel corso dei secoli, la città è sempre stata una grossa meta turistica che ha ospitato anche delle personalità celebri, a partire da Guglielmo II di Germania, numerosi scrittori come Goethe, Maupassant, D. H. Lawrence, A. France, Oscar Wilde, Brahms, stilisti del calibro di Dior, nobildonne illustri come Florence Trevelyan, il pittore tedesco Geleng, nobili inglesi e francesi.
La bellezza di Taormina ha anche avuto il merito di conquistare numerosi registi che l'hanno scelta come set ideale dei loro film, a partire da Michelangelo Antonioni che proprio in questa città ambientò la sua opera "L'Avventura".
Chi è interessato alla visita della città subirà lo stesso fascino che essa ha esercitato sugli uomini illustri appena citati e può scegliere tra varie alternative offerte dalla zona.

Hello everyone I'm here to show the beauty of a winter evening in Taormina. Taormina is located just about 200 meters above sea level and has a particular conformation cha makes it look like in its structure, a true terrace embellished with a beautiful panoramic view which stands out in overpowering the nearby volcano Mount Etna. Here tourism is active all year and is facilitated not only by cultural and natural beauty typical of the city but also a good hospitality and entertainment system and the typical warmth of Sicily. Over the centuries, the city has always been a big tourist destination that has hosted famous personalities, from Wilhelm II of Germany, many writers like Goethe, Maupassant, D. H. Lawrence, A. France, Oscar Wilde, Brahms, designers like Dior, famous noblewomen as Florence Trevelyan, the German painter Geleng, noble English and French. The beauty of Taormina has also been responsible for winning many directors who have chosen it as the ideal set of their film from Michelangelo Antonioni in this city the setting for his opera "L'Avventura." Anyone interested in visiting the city will suffer the same charm that it exercised on the illustrious men just mentioned, and can choose from various alternatives available in the area.
